We deliver products within Lithuania:
- Via Venipak courier. Delivery location – the address or parcel locker you provide;
- You can also pick up the products yourself from our store. Before coming, you must receive a notification about your prepared items via SMS or email.
It is possible to deliver products to other countries. Shipping costs are agreed separately by phone at +370 627 77920 or via email at info@engravapro.lt
Shipping Policy:
- The seller ships products only after receiving payment for the ordered items and the shipping costs.
- If the product is delivered to the Buyer in a damaged package, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept it from the courier. In such a case, the product will be returned to the Seller, and arrangements will be made with the Buyer for a new delivery. Once the Buyer accepts the products and signs the delivery note, it is considered that the shipment was received undamaged. If the Buyer notices any package damage upon delivery, they must indicate the remarks in the delivery document provided by the courier or prepare a separate report regarding these damages. This must be done in the presence of the courier. If these actions are not taken, the Seller is released from liability towards the Buyer for product damages related to package damages that were not noted in the courier’s delivery document.
- The Buyer may not change the delivery address at their discretion once the shipment has been dispatched. If the delivery location is changed through direct arrangement with the courier or another delivery service, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery timeframe and has the right to charge the Buyer for any additional costs incurred due to the unauthorized change of the delivery address after the shipment has been sent. (The incurred costs may be billed to the Buyer via an additional invoice or deducted from the refunded amount for returned products.)
Returns of Goods:
1. The customer is given the option to return or exchange products if the items have not been used, are undamaged, their consumable properties are preserved, the items have not lost their commercial appearance, the packaging is intact, and the customer has proof that the items were purchased from www.jaukidovana.lt . This also applies if the products were not made individually or otherwise personalized.
2. The customer can exercise this right within 14 days from the confirmation of the purchase in the www.jaukidovana.lt online store.
3. Product exchanges or returns are carried out by the customer filling out the exchange/return form and sending it by email to info@engravapro.lt
or pardavimai@engravapro.lt
The customer is responsible for the delivery of the shipment to the Seller. All necessary shipping details will be provided after receiving the exchange/return form, in a reply email to the customer.
During delivery, the risk of damage to returned or exchanged products lies with the customer.
4. If there is a price difference when exchanging products – the new product is more expensive than the returned one – the customer must pay MB ‘Engrava’ the difference. In cases where the price difference is the opposite – the new product is cheaper than the returned one – MB ‘Engrava’ will refund the customer the difference.
5. In cases where MB ‘Engrava’ does not have suitable products for exchange, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, including shipping costs. MB ‘Engrava’ is not obliged to refund any additional costs incurred due to the choice of a delivery method other than the one recommended by MB ‘Engrava’.
6. Products can be exchanged or returned only if they meet the requirements set out in point 1 of this section of the Terms. The amount paid will be refunded no later than 14 business days from the confirmation of the return.
7. In the event that a product purchased by the buyer has quality defects, the buyer’s claims against the seller can be made within 14 business days, i.e., the buyer has the right to request:
to replace a defective product with one of proper quality free of charge;
to reduce the price of the product;
to unilaterally terminate the contract and request a refund of the price paid for the product (Article 6.363, Paragraph 7 of the Civil Code).
